What does it do?

The Teddy Car Bed creates a cozy, secure spot for your dog during car rides while helping protect your car from dirt, hair, and scratches. It includes safety straps for extra protection and is designed to keep your dog comfortably in place throughout the journey.

What is it made of?

The bed is made from ultra-soft teddy fabric with cushioned bolsters around the seat for added comfort and support. It has a non-slip reinforced base to help keep the bed steady in your car, and the plush texture is designed to hold up well over time. The bed is machine washable for easy cleaning.

Pelsbarn is proudly OEKO-TEX certified. This means the textiles used in this bed have passed OEKO-TEX's rigorous testing and are confirmed to be free from harmful chemicals.

What size is it and does it come in different options?

The Teddy Car Bed comes in three sizes:

• XS: Inner size 12 × 14 in (30 × 35 cm), Outer size 23 × 21 in (60 × 55 cm). For dogs that fit comfortably on your lap, such as Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Maltipoos, Pugs, and Cats.
• S: Inner size 16 × 14 in (40 × 35 cm), Outer size 27 × 21 in (70 × 55 cm). For dogs that can lay down on a single car seat, such as Cocker Spaniels, Cavalier King Charles, Beagles, Shiba Inus, Bulldogs, and Corgis.
• M/L: Inner size 31 × 14 in (80 × 35 cm), Outer size 43 × 21 in (110 × 55 cm). For dogs that can't lay down on a single car seat, such as Labradors, Boxers, Golden Retrievers, Dalmatians, and German Shepherds.

When in doubt, measure your dog from the withers or shoulder blades to the base of the tail. This gives a good indication of how much space your dog needs to lie comfortably in the car bed. For dogs with long legs, we recommend choosing one size up for ultimate comfort. 

How do I clean it?

The bed is machine washable, making it easy to keep clean after every trip.
