The Pelsbarn Cloud Velvet Bed is designed to give dogs a soft, cozy place to rest while providing structured orthopedic support. Its plush, velvet-touch finish creates a cloud-like feel, while the supportive base helps cushion joints, muscles, and pressure points — making it a great option for dogs of all ages, including seniors and dogs who may benefit from extra support. Key Features

Orthopedic Dual-Layer Support: Combines supportive orthopedic foam with PP cotton padding to help evenly distribute weight and relieve pressure.

Plush Bolstered Sides: The soft, cotton-filled bolster gives dogs a comfortable place to rest their head, curl up, or lean against.

Cloud Velvet Fabric: Ultra-soft velvet-touch material gives the bed its cozy, luxurious feel.

Removable & Washable Cover: The cover can be removed and machine washed at 30°C. Air dry completely before placing it back on the bed.

Anti-Slip Bottom: Helps keep the bed securely in place during everyday use.

Available SizesSmall23.6" diameter × 9.4" highInner diameter: 14.2" Medium29.5" diameter × 10.2" highInner diameter: 19.3" Large35.4" diameter × 11" highInner diameter: 24.4" Available Colors

Beige

Brown

Sand Gray

Materials

Cloud Velvet Fabric

Premium Cotton Padding

Orthopedic Foam

Anti-Slip Cloth

Care Instructions

Remove the outer cover and machine wash at 30°C.

Allow the cover to air dry completely before putting it back on the bed.

The inner padding and foam should not be placed in the washing machine.

Choosing a Size When choosing a size, consider your dog's sleeping style as well as their overall size. Dogs who like to curl up may be comfortable in a more fitted size, while dogs who prefer to stretch out may benefit from sizing up. When in doubt, we recommend choosing the larger size to give your dog extra room to get comfortable.

Choosing the right size Cloud Velvet Bed depends on your dog’s size, weight, and sleeping style. Because every dog is built differently, weight should be used as a general guide rather than the only deciding factor. Cloud Velvet Bed Dimensions Small

Overall size: 23.6" diameter × 9.4" high

Inner sleeping area: 14.2" diameter

Best for small dogs who like to curl upMedium

Overall size: 29.5" diameter × 10.2" high

Inner sleeping area: 19.3" diameter

Best for small-to-medium dogs or smaller dogs who enjoy extra roomLarge

Overall size: 35.4" diameter × 11" high

Inner sleeping area: 24.4" diameter

Best for medium-to-large dogs or dogs who prefer more room to stretch out How Do I Choose the Right Size? The inner sleeping area is the most important measurement to consider. The Cloud Velvet Bed has thick, plush bolstered sides, so the usable sleeping space is smaller than the bed's overall diameter. For the best fit, measure your dog while they are lying in their normal sleeping position.

If your dog curls up: Measure from their nose to the base of their tail while curled up.

If your dog stretches out: Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while lying down and choose a bed with enough inner space for them to comfortably stretch.

What If My Dog Is Between Sizes? We recommend sizing up.The Cloud Velvet Bed is designed to feel cozy and secure, but your dog should still have enough room to reposition themselves comfortably. If your dog is close to the maximum size for a bed, prefers to stretch out, has a long body, or you simply aren't sure which size to choose, the larger size is usually the better option. Should I Choose a Size Based on Breed?Breed can be helpful as a reference, but we don't recommend choosing a bed based on breed alone. Two dogs of the same breed can have very different weights, body lengths, and sleeping preferences. Measuring your dog and comparing that measurement with the inner sleeping area will give you the most accurate fit. My Dog Likes to Stretch Out. Should I Size Up?Yes. If your dog regularly sleeps stretched out rather than curled into a ball, we recommend choosing the larger size.Remember that the plush bolster takes up part of the bed's overall dimensions, so always compare your dog's measurements to the inner diameter, not just the total bed size. Can Two Dogs Share One Cloud Velvet Bed?They can if there is enough room for both dogs to lie comfortably together. If your dogs frequently cuddle or share beds, measure them while lying together and compare that measurement with the inner sleeping area. We recommend choosing the Large whenever possible for dogs who plan to share. Still Not Sure Which Size to Choose?Measure your dog in their favorite sleeping position and compare that measurement with the inner dimensions:

Small: 14.2" inner diameter

Medium: 19.3" inner diameter

Large: 24.4" inner diameter

When choosing between two sizes, we recommend going with the larger size. A little extra room is usually better than a bed that feels too small.

Keeping your Cloud Velvet Bed clean is easy! Follow these care instructions to help maintain its softness, shape, and cozy feel. How Do I Wash the Cloud Velvet Bed?The outer cover is removable and machine washable.

Remove the outer cover from the bed.

Machine wash the cover at 30°C (86°F).

Allow the cover to air dry completely.

Once fully dry, place the cover back over the bed and inserts.

For best results, wash the cover separately or with similar fabrics. Can I Put the Cover in the Dryer? We recommend air drying the cover rather than using a dryer.Allow it to dry completely before putting it back on the bed. This helps protect the fabric and maintain the proper fit and softness of the Cloud Velvet material. Can I Wash the Foam or Inner Padding? The orthopedic foam and inner padding should not be machine washed. If the inside of the bed needs cleaning, gently spot clean the affected area and allow it to air dry completely before reassembling the bed.Avoid soaking or saturating the foam. How Do I Spot Clean the Bed?For small spills, dirt, or stains:

Blot away excess moisture with a clean cloth.

Gently clean the area with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent.

Avoid harsh cleaning products or bleach.

Allow the area to air dry completely.

For spills, cleaning the area as soon as possible can help prevent staining or odors from setting into the fabric. How Often Should I Wash the Cover? There isn't a required washing schedule. How often you wash the cover will depend on your dog.We recommend washing it whenever it becomes visibly dirty or begins to develop pet hair or odors.Between washes, you can vacuum or use a lint roller to remove loose fur and debris. How Do I Keep the Bed Looking Fluffy? After cleaning or whenever the bed needs a refresh, gently fluff and redistribute the padding with your hands. This can help restore its shape and keep the bolstered sides feeling soft and comfortable. What Should I Avoid? To help protect your Cloud Velvet Bed:

Do not machine wash the orthopedic foam or inner padding.

Do not soak the foam.

Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning chemicals.

Air dry the cover rather than applying high heat.

Make sure every component is completely dry before reassembling the bed.

What If My Dog Has an Accident on the Bed?Remove the cover as soon as possible and wash it according to the instructions above. If moisture reaches the inner padding or foam, blot away as much liquid as possible, gently spot clean the affected area, and allow it to air dry completely before putting the bed back together.Do not reassemble the bed while any components are still damp, as trapped moisture may cause unwanted odors.
