I Only Received Part of My Order – Where’s the Rest?
If you received one package but are still waiting on the rest of your order, don’t worry—this is likely due to a split shipment.
Sometimes we ship items separately to get part of your order to you faster. This can happen when:
Items ship from different warehouses
Some products are ready to go before others
Certain items need special packaging due to size or weight
Check your order status on https://pelsbarn.org/apps/tracking, type in your order number and email address that you used to place the order. You can toggle between the shipments on our tracking page, as shown in the video below.
You won’t be charged any extra shipping fees for split shipments. As soon as each package ships, we send tracking info so you can follow its progress.
