No worries- in many cases, this just means your order was sent in multiple packages to get it to you faster.
We sometimes ship items separately when:
- Products are ready at different times
- Items come from different warehouses
- Certain pieces need special packaging due to size or weight
You won’t be charged extra for split shipments.
How to check your order:
Visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You’ll see an overview of each shipment and its tracking status.
As soon as each part of your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. If you haven’t received one yet, please check your inbox and spam folder.
