Please Note the Following Exceptions:

Some items may fall outside our standard warranty coverage, including:

• Wearable Items
  Clothing items like t-shirts or hats are not covered due to expected wear and washing over time.
• Consumables
  Single-use or limited-use products, such as our dog toothbrush or toys are not eligible.
• Pet Accessories
  Items liek flea collars, which naturally experience wear or are affected by your pet's behavior, are excluded
• Misuse or Neglect
  Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or intentional harm is not covered.
