Return Address

Pleaes do not return your item to the sender address on the packaging. Once you reached out to us, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions to ensure smooth processing.

Return Eligibility Checklist:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Items must be free of hair, fur, or dirt
• All original tags must be attached
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

As soon as we receive and process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email.

• Refunds are issued of your original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
• Exchanges are processed right after your return is approved. We'll confirm the new item and send tracking details as soon as it's on the way.
