We take great care in packing every order- but in the rare case something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Just send us an email at support@pelsbarn.org, and we’ll get it sorted for you as
quickly as we can.
To help us speed things up, it’s great if you can include:
- A clear photo of the item(s) that you received
- The name or description of what's missing
- A quick double-check of the packaging (sometimes smaller items hide inside)
- Your order number, if youhave it handy
