Lost packages
If your package seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to our team at support@pelsbarn.org with your order number and any helpful details (like your shipping address or tracking info, if available).
We'll look into it right away and work on a solution for you.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pelsbarn.org.
To help us assist you faster, include:
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- A short note about what happened
